Business Across Borders
The Malta Association of Women in Business will be holding its annual conference entitled Business Across Borders on Wednesday 6th October at the Radisson St. Julians.
The conference is focused on international and national business tips and best practices with no less than six speakers from USA, Netherlands, Canada and Malta. Ms Mary Schnack – USA is recognised as a dazzling speaker and trainer worldwide. Her topics are interesting, thought provoking and offer solid, useful information with real world perspective drawn from her first-hand experiences.
Ms.Jolanda Holwerda comes from the Netherlands and as founding editor and manager of Lof Media has titled her contribution 'Lof as an Agent of Social Change'.
Jackey Bakeman who is an internationally recognised speaker, trainer and personal development specialist is currently President of One Spirit Inc. She comes from Canada but has lived in 14 cities over 3 continents. She will give us an insight on her outstanding contributions in transforming good managers into exceptional leaders.
Ms Leonnie Baladcchino B.Psy.(Hons) a lecturer at the Edward de Bono Institute for the Design & Development of Thinking at the University of Malta will speak about 'Factors in Entrepreneural Success' whilst
Ms Doris Sammut – President of MAWB an entrepreneur for over 30 years and a pioneer in innovative thinking will deal with Entrepreneurship – Rising above the Start Up Obstacles.
The conference will be followed by two workshops which will be led by the international speakers - this ensures that a further indepth discussion together with practical examples will be tackled. The conference is open to all entrepreneurs from start up to established companies as well as any person who is interested in entrepreneurship.
